1. Digital Products
- All digital products (including software, files, and licenses) are non-refundable once delivered.
- By purchasing and downloading digital products, you agree to waive your 14-day cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. Physical Products
If you purchase a physical product from Ai Remap, the following policy applies.
You may return physical goods within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer law.
To be eligible:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Items must be in resalable condition
3. Refunds
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Digital downloads, software keys, or licenses.
- Opened or used physical products.
- Items returned without prior authorisation.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
- f your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping where applicable
- We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
5. How to Request a Return

- Wait for return authorisation before sending the product back.
- Ship the product to the return address provided (customer responsible for shipping costs).
- Once approved, your refund (minus restocking fee) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
